With the kids being at home and not having to attend school, now is a great time to bring them in for their routine check-up and clean, that way they can get a break from studying online. ... Your child’s teeth are very important! Any cavities or infections within baby teeth can affect the adult teeth and have an impact on your child's overall health. So it’s important that your child gets the dental care they deserve. We would like to remind you that eligible kids aged 2-17 have a $1000 Medicare rebate which can be used for check-ups, cleans, fillings, and any other treatment they may require (braces not included). For more information on the Medicare rebate feel free to give us a call or walk-in. We know that times are tough now due to coronavirus, and to help you, we are doing our best to maintain a high level of hygiene and social distancing to keep you and the community safe. For our lovely patients, this means you can now book appointments for: - Consultations - Fillings... - Extractions - Dentures - Certain cosmetic procedures Unfortunately under level 2 restrictions we are still unable to perform general dental cleaning but rest assured we will update you as soon as restrictions have been lifted. Dazzling Smiles Dental in Craigieburn Central Shopping Centre has just received word from the Australian Dental Association that we should continue to operate as we are now. For our amazing patients this means:... 1) You DONT have to cancel appointments unless you have been in contact with a member that has tested positive for coronavirus or if you are displaying symptoms of a cold, flu, cough, fever or sore throat. 2) A full range of dental services and routine dental treatment such as cleaning, fillings, dentures, extractions, crown and bridge work can still proceed. We want to remind our patients that we will continue to uphold strict hygiene practices within the clinic. Some of these include: 1) Screening of all patients who book for treatment 2) Social distancing protocols in common waiting areas 3) Hand sanitizer available on entry 4) Frequent clinic wide disinfection 5) Temperature testing on entry 6) Pre procedural mouth rinses and limitation of aerosol producing procedures It goes without saying that our customers always come first and your safety is critical to us.
