22.01.2022 Two more sets of WP air forks and rear shocks from a 2020 Ktm 450 and 350 Sxf. Both sets of forks had spring conversion kits fitted, greatly improves small bump plushness and traction thru corners.

22.01.2022 A set of Yzf 250 forks in for a revalve and service. A broken free piston found in the left side inner chamber. Although a mx bike these Yzf forks were revalved to suit trail riding.

18.01.2022 Wp Air to spring conversion. Stock WP air forks have way too much sliding friction in the initial part of the stroke=No plushness and very poor small bump absorption and arm pump! Spring conversion equipped with D.B RACE SUSPENSION valving dramatically improves small bump plushness and increases bottoming resistance.

09.01.2022 Suspension lowering is a common service provided at DB Race Suspension. This KTM was lowered 50mm front and rear with internal lowering and revalving to improve overall handling.

08.01.2022 A set of Yzf 250 forks revalved, resprung and rebuilt for a 90kg mx rider. A vintage kx 250 in for twin shock rebuild and fork rebuild. The previous owner had installed a emulator kit to improve fork performance BUT the fork springs werent modified to compensate, leading to excessive fork spring preload.

07.01.2022 I have had all my bikes suspension set up on all my race bikes by Darren, my last bike is a old xr600 setup for dirt track racing, Darren advised me what was re...quired and went ahead. The bike was completly transformed and and the only fine adjustment was raising the forks tubes 10mm. It rides brilliantly and sure to see some podium finishes. I highly recommend Darren for any dirt bike setup for young and old as he is very experience in this field. See more

02.01.2022 This 2020 Ktm 50 in for major changes. Full fork internal upgrade with dual spring conversion. No more air! Pusher forks that now actually move when you hit bumps. Rear shock was revalved to suit the riders needs and a new spring fitted. Suspension was also lowered front and rear to suit the riders needs..
