Cake: 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup coconut oil... 1/4 cup macadamias 1/4 cup coconut flour 3 eggs (or flax eggs if vegan) 2 cups hazelnut meal 1 cup Natural Raw C coconut water 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1 tbsp mesquite powder 1 tsp vanilla bean powder 2 tsp baking powder Frosting: 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup macadamias 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla bean powder Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. 2. Line muffin tray with patty pans. 3. In a high speed blender, place all cake ingredients. Blend until a smooth consistency. 4. Divide between the 12 patty pans. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until just firm on top and allow to cool. 6. Meanwhile, in a high speed blender, blend all ingredients for the frosting. 7.
