Note: Certain medications and B-vitamins can darken or change the color of urine. If you're dehydrated, you may experience: Constipation; Increased risk of bladder infection and kidney injury; Thickened mucus in lungs, aggravating asthma or lung conditions; and Reduced mental performance and increased fatigue. Use this chart to assess your hydration levels, and learn what actions you can take to get your levels back to a "well hydrated" color. As a general guide, men should consume an average of 16 cups of water a day from fluid and non-fluid sources (e.g. fruits and vegetables); for women, an average of 11 cups is adequate. 15.01.2022 There are some ideas mentioned by Kelly you may have heard before. One idea I'm going to try, is the soft tissue work. Foam roller, lacrosse ball, maybe you yoga people might do something quickly before going to bed.
