21.01.2022 Welcome back DBM team! Our second job for 2018 is this play space at Springfield Primary School. With a strict budget in mind, a leftover slide and climbing rope, we built this 9m2 tree house for the school kids to play on at lunchtime. More playground elements to come so stay tuned.... Special thanks to Kim at Childscapes for the design and Sam at Tulum Carpentry for the construction of timber subfloor frame and timber posts/supports for balustrade.

09.01.2022 Busy is an understatement for DBM Landscapes, Summer is keeping us hot on our feet. Our latest project is for Warnbro Primary School. As many of you are well aware Nature Play and Water Play has a huge following in Western Australia and Australia. Warnbro Primary School wanted to incorporate both into this creative piece.... Its two play tables installed at different levels with a water pump and log river crossing between them. No doubt this will keep the kids entertained for hours on end. 03.01.2022 New nature play underway at Pioneer Village Primary School

03.01.2022 With the weather in spectacular form lately DBM Landscapes follows. Our most recent project has been for one of our favourite bars in Perth, The Quarie Bar and Brasserie. DBM Landscapes were called in to give the Beer Garden a full renovation.... We installed synthetic turf to the top of selected raised gardens beds, gave the retic system an over haul as it was in bad condition, and replenished the gardens with a few more plants and pine bark mulch to keep in the water. As you can see these changes have really breathed new life back into the beer garden. The Quarie Bar and Brasserie not only offer a great selection of food and beverages but also a classy, relaxed environment to enjoy with friends and family. 02.01.2022 Well it has been a while since our last post but that is because we have been so busy ! On top of our residential landscaping and other commitments , DBM Landscapes have been flat out co-coordinating and installing more water wise verges for the Water Corporation across Perth. You may have seen our last post on the water wise verges , if not we will share some quick information.... Believe it or not some of the water pipes in Perth are over 100 years old! So the Water Corporation is undertaking to replace much of the old water pipe network. In some areas water pipes are under peoples verges so the water corporation has contacted DBM Landscapes to install water wise verges for the residents of properties affected. With the help of Green Genie - Civil Earth Works Contracting Perth for clearing and smoothing the verges ready for installs. These water wise verges are going to look amazing in months to come as the tube-stock natives begin o blossoms and grow. See some pictures below. Features are: -Weed matting -Water saving mulch -Assorted arrangement of natives. Sustainable water wise natives are a small part we can play in reducing water usage in Perth.
