21.01.2022 Last year DBM Vircon received the 2019 Tekla North America BIM Award in the Cast-In-Place category for The Fifth Parking Garage. This 12-story, 300,570 square-foot, post-tensioned parking structure was selected for its use of BIM to support upfront planning and team collaboration across multiple disciplines. Our use of the Tekla 3D modelling software made it possible to identify and visualize constraints, to manage design changes and resolve issues that could have otherwise delayed over 700 tons of rebar.
