23.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION Anne has been training with me just over a year now. When the gyms were shutdown because of COVID, Anne was still training with me. Once the gyms were back and opened, it was back to business! I train Anne once a week, every Wednesdays. If Anne had a day off we train on those days when she could. Anne had a gastric sleeve and went to surgery in October. She told me she was tired being big and couldn’t move properly. Once she got out of her surgery, it... was the best thing she ever did for herself. Anne is now lifting heavy weight and is able to move quicker when performing her exercises. 20.01.2022 Happy Sunday evening everybody Its time to set your week off with some goal setting!!! Can I ask you.....do you regularly set goals on a weekly basis??? Yes, No, Maybe??... Well...here are some tips on how to organise your goals for the week: 1. Set A Goal: have you ever heard the term SMART?? Specific - what are your goals e.g. lose 10 kgs for summer. It needs be a goal where you can work towards and you can spend time on it. Measurable - Do you have time frame on your goal?? Are you willing to make short term goals to make your long term goal to be achieved. e.g. 10 weeks to lose 10 kgs. Which that’s 1 kgs a week. Have a set eating regime etc. Achievable - Are you willing to achieve it?? Is it achievable?? Realistic- Are you willing to make it come true?? Will you make to be a reality?? Timely - Do you have a deadline to when you want to achieve your goal?? e.g. 10 weeks in lose 10 kgs. Are you allowing yourself enough time to achieve the goal. 2. Tell the World!! Tell others about your goal will help you to keep your word and the person or people to tell they will remember you or may remember what you say. 3. Walk Your Talk You walk it as if you talk it. Be real, be present and stay true to word. Do all these things tonight!! You will be ready to set your amazing goals for the week and also for the whole month aswell Happy goal setting everyone!!!

One program for Upper and the other for Lower body. Throughout our personal training session, we use her fitness programs. Every session is different. On the day when I don’t train Renee, she does her own gym workouts throughout the week. She tried to get to the gym at least 4 times a week. 14.01.2022 This is why I love my job so much This is my client Jen. I have been training Jen in past 4 weeks and what great progress she has made! At every session we do together, she is happy on how much strength she getting. She is achieving a little wins at every session. These two videos was taken today!... The first video - was her first set on the bar, she just need to look down and keep her head down, chin in. The second video - it all came together nicely Back 4 weeks ago, Jen was struggling and worried on how to perform a deadlift properly without feeling it in her lower body. My mission was to take back to basic and coach her to position her body to move freely without hurting her lower back. We did this for a few weeks but today was a big step forwards! I got her to do her deadlifts with a 20 kg bar and then it was a great success. Then, things had started to happen for the best for Jen we increased her weight on the bar by 5kgs! She did amazing job!! I am so proud and so happy on all the progress we have been making!! 02.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION Jessica has been my client in past 12 months Jessica trains with me once a week, every Thursday morning. Jessica wanted to improve her upper body strength and maintain her fitness. Last August, she wanted to train up for a 5km Fun Run. But unfortunately that never happened it was cancelled because of COVID-19. Even though it was cancelled, that never stopped from her to keep up with her training at the gym. 02.01.2022 This is so true! If you don’t make time for your wellness. We are all victims when it’s come to making excuses in life. I am too busy, I don’t have time, I don’t can’t be bothered....I’ll do it tomorrow or not tomorrow, I’ll do next time.... You will be forced to make time for your illness. Do you know what this is means? You have no one but yourself to blame if you don’t get on top of your health and fitness. 2020 has taught me a lot of things. Get sick now these days, you will now need to get a COVID-19 test. At this current time, we are still fighting a disease that is droplets and is transmitted into air then into our bodies, which could kill you. They say if you don’t stay healthy and strong, this disease may affect your entire body. It will make you to suffer more. Without including daily exercise and well balanced diet will help you fighter bugs, colds and the flu.
