20.01.2022 Definitely worth a read. It still astonishes me that I see cyclists out there with bad or no lights when it's dark.... IMO those tiny less-bright-than-a-candle lights should be illegal!! If it doesn't blind you when you look at your front or rear light, then it isn't bright enough!!

20.01.2022 Hot tip (ha ha) for those wanting to remove the Mandurah race number sticker from the your seatpost.. use a hairdryer to warm up the area a bit first to soften the gum and it will come off a lot easier...... this also works to remove it after a failed attempt to remove managed only to remove the top layer leaving the bulk of it behind!

04.01.2022 Having spent a bit of time indoors this winter, I have to say I love this. It's a piece of training software that makes being on the trainer fun. All you need is an ANT+ speed cadence sensor and an ANT+ capable tablet/phone/computer (or Bluetooth).
