15.01.2022 In September we were treated to another ‘virtual group holiday’ to fascinating historical and cultural parts of the world. This time, our delightful volunteer Laurel, shared her experiences visiting Papua New Guinea’s The Goroka Show which is PNG’s largest annual festival to celebrate their Independence Day on 16 September. Laurel, thanks for such an interesting talk and powerpoint presentation. Thanks also to Jo, our Vision Wahroonga fitness instructor, who has become such a valued part of our group. Her COVID-19 safe fitness sessions continue to encourage us to keep fit by improving our balance, co-ordination and memory with exercises that we can replicate at home during the week.
