Dclub Yoga classes are delivered from the 2nd floor of the beautiful, historical Plaza theatre, now known as D-Club247fitness. The whole 350 sqm of floor space is dedicated to classes only and can best be descibed as a warm welcoming, peaceful room. There is a...mple spacing for all customers to feel safe during face to face classes. Our members now also have the opportunity to connect from home, LIVE into the classes on the days they prefer to stay home. Our teaching team is more than experienced, they are experts at their craft with a combined 60 years of class experience. Blocks, bolsters and straps are all available to cater for every stage of your Yoga movements. New members welcome

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with Postures or Asanas, that are held for longer periods of time Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This style of yoga is very passive, however can be challenging due to the longer period of time that the poses are held. During these longer held poses, Claire will help you focus more on your breathing to assist you through the challenging stages of the movement
