23.01.2022 Check out this recently completed 5 Townhouse Unit development by DCM at Parker Street in Maroochydore. As with many investment projects, we were charged with delivering a bespoke design solution to maximize yield for the investment and come in on budget. What has resulted is a signature development for the street. Congratulations to James and his team on another top notch build by Roonsleigh Constructions and our collaboration as a design and construct team to deliver this p...roject on budget was thoroughly enjoyable. 19.01.2022 We are proud to present another new DCM Designer Home. This time a stones throw from Warana Beach on the tightly held Oceanic Drive. As you will see in the images, the existing house is to be mostly demolished whilst keeping the existing slab and some load bearing elements to save costs and a brand new abode to be constructed in it's stead. We are so excited to see this one start construction later this year. It just goes to show what opportunities there are in premium locations to purchase existing properties and convert them into a high end home. 18.01.2022 We loved the challenge of designing a suite of cost effective designer homes targeted to meet the market in smaller scale residential developments such as Aura by Stockland on the Sunshine Coast. Sometimes the greatest design challenges come in the shape of smaller scale projects. We are wrapped with the designer homes we are releasing in association with our recommended DCM builders. 07.01.2022 What a crazy year. In March we were all rocked by the covid news but we never saw our biggest year coming in 2020.
