04.01.2022 Keto Bread rolls Just made this recipe and they are lovely! The closest I have found to bread. Very simple and super tasty, give them a try! Oven 200 degrees... Lined baking tray 120 grams cream cheese 3 cups Mozarella Pop these together in the microwave to melt together for 1 min or so. Put in thermo with the following.. 1 1/4 cups Almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda Half teaspoon baking powder Half teaspoon salt 1/4 cup buttermilk Pulse together. Pop on baking paper in bread roll sized balls and bake for 15-18 mins. Brown on top and slightly spongy when ready. Let sit for 5 mins before cutting... Delish!!!!
