25.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, As some of you may or may not be aware, DD Group International has changed management. Shane Boyes (previous Director) is now out on the road doing what he loves Business Development. I have come into the business as General Manager and would like to communicate my short and long-term intentions. As you would know DD has achieved so much, creating a business that demonstrates consistent integrity and significant industry related innovation. In turn, D...D has become an important part to the supply chain of many businesses throughout Australia. My vision is to build on the foundation that Shane has created, and to significantly multiply the impact DD has within the industry. My predominant focus will be to ensure we are achieving the following: Consistent, competitive pricing for all customers Fast deliveries and convenient communication lines New innovative products complimented with new business systems. Creating a flexible and adaptable culture, which allows us to listen to customers and act accordingly. Although we intend to grow with purpose, my commitment is that we will remain a structurally flat organisation. By this I mean please feel free to ring myself, or any staff if there is anything we can do to help. I do not intend to hide in a boardroom. I would love the opportunity to talk and to discuss what we can implement to better service your business.
