23.01.2022 A message to Clubs, Swimmers, Parents and supporters: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the RJ MACNAMARA meet has been cancelled for this year. We wish the WSC committee all the best for a successful return of this meet in 2021. Because of ongoing COVID restrictions. the Time and Technique meet at Fairholme has also been cancelled. ... This has subsequently impacted the planned JX clinic. Alternate arrangements are currently underway to provide a JX clinic at another venue and date and information will be released to clubs, swimmers and parents as soon as it is finalised. If any club that has a rostered meet that they know will NOT be going ahead, please email [email protected] so that other activities such as cluster development can be scheduled for that weekend. Please also be aware that there are people willing to help you with COVID plans for meets - you just need to send us an email! 10.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION For all attendees of the 2020 Queensland OWS Championships. Upon arrival and departure all attendees must provide their details using EV...A Check-in. This is a quick and easy process, using a QR Code specific to the event, and needs to be completed for each person on site. The QR Code will be provided in the final information, with the Site Map once all allocations have been made. All attendees can complete this for themselves when arriving and departing on their device. There will be an option to collect details manually upon arrival for those unable to utilise the electronic process.

From 4pm on Tuesday November 17: Up to 50 people can gather in homes and public spaces across Queensland Person limits in indoor premises will increase from 1 person per 4 square metres to 1 person per 2 square metres Up to 200 people can attend weddings and funerals, and all guests can dance at weddings, both indoors and outdoors Seated, ticketed indoor events like theatre, live music, cinemas and sports can increase patron numbers from 50% to 100% Outdoor events can have up to 1,500 people attend with a COVID Safe Event Checklist. Open air stadiums can increase seated capacity from 75% to 100% with a COVID Safe Plan Outdoor dancing will be allowed, including at events like outdoor music festivals or in beer gardens Queenslanders have worked hard to stop the spread of the virus, which means we can enjoy more of our Queensland way of life and keep Queensland’s economic recovery plan moving forward. #covid19
