20.01.2022 As suggested by Kayla, lets start with the SQUAT CHALLENGE. Oh my god Im terrified. I remember the days where it would take me 5 minutes to lower my self on to the toilet as my bum and legs hurt so much - Im looking forward to DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) now!!

18.01.2022 I finally went to the gym tonight! I did 30 min on the cross trainer and will increase my work outs each time I go. I have Nelly booked in to the gym crche for an hour so I can work out and Im so nervous about leaving her with a stranger even though ill be in the building!
