13.01.2022 1st Photo: KD’s Crows Nest 1989 ( Little Egypt) Craig, Jimmy, Garth, Geoff and Marty....2nd Photo Salisbury Hotel 2020 (Dead Horse Gap Band) Marty, Craig, Geoff... and Daryl....Marty mainly plays lap steel these days because of the carpal tunnel syndrome in his hands. To Geoff’s annoyance back then, Marty and I both played Fender Stratocasters through Fender Twin Amps. Geoff is playing the same bass in both photos, and he still has a thing for white shirts, but not matching white pants anymore. In pic one I had just cut off my long super deluxe mullet and dyed my hair red to match Geoff’s for that gig, just for a laugh. I still like cowboy stuff but don’t wear fake spurs on my boots anymore or fluorescent pirate shirts. PA’s were definitely a lot bigger and the band played a lot louder back in those days. 09.01.2022 Was tough doing a gig with an ear infection and completely blocked ear on Sunday, but with a spoonful of cold concrete and the love and support of band mates and friends who were able to make the gig, it was a hoot. Thanks for the support peeps!!
