Just needing to add a door bell, kitchen and a little number so her friends know where to visit but otherwise pretty happy with this! ... From every colour change and all the detail around the verandah it can make for a very tedious job BUT when it’s all said & done you have a home that pops with personality and enthusiasm again! ... Another deadly job for a great family Preparation work is always a big thing for older homes to get them straight crisp lines and solid surfaces. 20.01.2022 BEFORE >> AFTERS This is one of the houses we have recently completed, Ive attached a couple photos to show the difference. It was completely guttered and all walls were reestablished inside to give it that new, fresh & appealing look! We painted the outside for these guys as well so it virtually looks as good as new again! Were so in love with everything about this place! ... I will attach some before & afters of the exterior as well P.S this amazing home is for rent in the Mundingburra area if interested!

20.01.2022 Hi all, Just a few quick things - Thank you for your huge interest for the coming months of work. I thought Id throw a quick post up in regards to a few FAQ. ... Availability: Were booked almost 3 months in advance at the moment due to many people wanting work done before Christmas. To anyone with outstanding quotes - we currently have a weeks expiration date on those so if you want those booked in please make sure to let us know at your earliest convenience. *We are filling very fast* January: The first two weeks of January Codee will be going on holidays. Wanting a quote: Anyone wanting to recieve a quote - please start looking at booking that in with either Codee or myself. Leading into end of year, were flat out. I Apologise if Im still getting back to any of you - I will make sure I reply to your messages shortly. I would like to make mention these guys do a phenomenal job with the kids! Im speaking from my own personal experiences with my daughter attending Little Snappers Riverway. They are so patient, kind and deliver highly commendable training for the little ones. ... 05.01.2022 >> FAVOURITES ~ MUST HAVES I am absolutely here for the Navy blues lately! Such a fan! Whether you apply it to your walls or furnishings, it adds that touch of character & suprise amongst your home. You can incorporate so many colours with Navy blue such as your light pinks, greens, and interior pieces like your juke rugs, cream based vases - the list goes on. ... Dont be afraid to go out there in rooms that usually seem dull and uninteresting. Im not saying go crazy throughout the house be mindful of where you place bright and bold colours to avoid making the room space appear smaller and dark. Now go crazy! P.S - Ill just be down the road at Kmart & bed bath & towel!

If you asked us 2 and a half years ago if this was on the agenda, we would have bothed laughed! 2 years on and what a ride it has been, were so glad we jumped into this opportunity & gave it a good crack! ... It was a spontaneous decision we made! We wanted to have a go and throw ourselves into a new challenge. This business has been so rewarding, challenging but above all our pride & joy!
