05.01.2022 LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SALMON Warun Ponds Trainer Jesse shares one of his favourite recipes for Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon. INGREDIENTS: 1 piece of Salmon ... 1 clove of garlic 1 tbl spoon olive oil a lemon 1 tbl spoon of butter cup of vegetable stock METHOD: Step 1: Sear the salmon on 2-3 minutes both sides in a frying pan with olive oil. Step 2: Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, butter and vegetable stock into the pan. Step 3: Cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until salmon is completely cooked through.
