13.01.2022 It’s important to look after your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The realities of working from home, remote learning and the lack of physical contact with family members and friends can take time getting used to, and with the further measures being implemented tonight we want to share with you a bunch of resources that are free to access. We want all athletes, club members and supporters to know that it is okay to not be okay, there is no shame in how you may or may not be feeling and if you need somewhere to vent or be listened to these platforms are available for you. We are sending all our love to our athletes who have been so amazing throughout our online classes and we cannot wait to be back with you all one day soon

We know you are just as excited as we are to get straight back into it so as our Christmas gift to you, here are the deets: CHEER: 24/1, 31/2, 7/2, 14/2, 21/2, 28/2... DANCE: 24/1, 7/2, 21/1 Training sessions will be $10 each (cheer OR dance), $15 each (1x cheer AND 1x dance) OR $50 if you sign-up for all 6 weeks All training sessions for cheer AND dance will be held at Outlaws Gym in Bayswater Please note this is for existing Deakin Cheer & Dance Members only. 02.01.2022 As one of the most challenging years for all of us comes to an end, we take this time of year to self-reflect. Compare where you were at the start of 2020 to now. The sacrifice, personal struggle, the strength to get out of bed in the morning, the big wins and the small wins. Even those of us with perfect vision could not have foreseen such an obstacle.
