25.01.2022 Tip Vid while you’re enjoying some well earnt rest and recovery
24.01.2022 AB EXERCISES - If you’re looking to have a flat stomach to feel healthy, your best bet is 50 sit ups a day. Just kidding. It’s obviously eat less. If that doesn’t work, get your bloods tested. If there isn’t any metabolic issues, exercise to facilitate your weight loss. If that doesn’t work, see a dietician so you can learn to understand what overeating portions are about. ... If you’re wanting to have toned muscles so you don’t just feel skinny and de conditioned through your abs, I do recommend the GHD sit up. It takes you below parallel with the ground giving the abs extra work to do. If you don’t have one, we do. Come say hi.
23.01.2022 The world is moving so fast. Yet we continue to wait, then react. Stay ahead. Proactively action decisions before it is essential!
22.01.2022 Weight Loss Challenge Wrap Up! So proud of this group. We’re using this as the catalyst for consistent improvements to health moving forward. Average combined weight loss for our 6 week challenge was 3.5kg. ... That’s a consistent half a kilo per week. Some lost more some lost less but we had a significantly high success rate! I’m so proud of them all, especially after the whole Post COVID situation! It had a twist. $200 deposit. Have an improvement in stats, get your money back. Everyone got their money back. No financial gain but bragging rights that my clients get results! I’ve seen in the past being apart of so many challenges, the hardest weeks are the first couple. It’s make or break. So if there’s commitment with a significant incentive, it seems to create a lot of success to sticking to the plan throughout. So cheers to this group of resilient folk! Well earned social night. (All drinks were under 100 cals. How many was a different story ) Stay tuned for the next challenge! Going back to an exercise driven challenge!
21.01.2022 Accessible Fitness. 2 Road blocks I’ve encountered constantly that we use as an excuse to not achieve our weight loss goals. 1. I don’t have time 2. Training is too expensive... So why can’t you walk or run? The solution is in problem solving. This requires an opportunistic view. Running / walking is free and you can do it anywhere, anytime. So, it seems the solution is obvious. Run / walk where ever possible in your schedule making sure you’re looking for the opportunity to do so, rather then listening to the voice in your head, telling you those road blocks. I really do recommend doing it before the day starts.
17.01.2022 ’IM WORRIED ABOUT GETTING MUSCLEY’ Another hurdle people have is the fear their body will change ‘too much’ when they start training. With the time available for a busy person, it’s near damn impossible to get bulky or have ‘too crazy’ of a physique. Those that have the physiques people describe to me are training 2x a day and revolved their time around perfecting their nutrition. If you’re not spending 3-4 hours a day in the gym, you have nothing to worry about. ... Don’t ever fear this. Appreciate your body and ignore the little voices in your head telling you not to better yourself out of fear
16.01.2022 Weight loss. We know eating healthy foods and exercising is the key. So if it’s not that, then it’s something else. I put it down to your willingness to start. If you’re willing to start, you’ll ask for help. You’ll buy the healthy food. You’ll find exercise that suits your lifestyle. You’ll find help when you’ve hit a roadblock. If you’re on the fence with help, a simple message can be the catalyst for your willingness to start.... 4 week Start Up PT available. Message now.

14.01.2022 How to Simplify Actions Weight loss Goals 1 - Eat less then what’s currently being eaten 2 - Increase exercise (Daily movement)... 3 - Ignore distractions. Block the noise Where do we go wrong in each situation? What results us to remain in our current unsatisfactory state? 1 - Being picky with food choices 2 - Daily movement doesn’t overcome eating habits 3 - Distractions occur after the first 2 weeks. Some tips to get in the win column 1 - If calories are high, half intake. What’s high? PM me specific to you if you don’t know 2 - Active Hobbies Daily. If you’re chilling at the gym, chances are it’s not active enough (ie seated exercises) 3 - No matter how good or bad, do it for 6 weeks. On Social media unfollow/block if you see anything that makes you feel you’re not doing enough. Hope this helps
13.01.2022 CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL. DONT SPEND TIME ON THINGS YOU CANT CONTROL. THAT INCLUDES THOUGHTS.

11.01.2022 I told myself i'd make this available to everyone if we ever went into lockdown again. This is an unlisted playlist on Youtube for you to use as a resource for exercise. Last restriction period I created this for my clients so they had a daily option of guided exercise. Because this lockdown is more severe i've taken out the running workouts. I hope this proves valuable to those that don't have access to a personal trainer or a gym anymore. Share it with whom ever you l...ike. The workouts are inspired through my Training ebook Strong, Fit Healthy. Its available to purchase online on the FB Page. Stay Healthy! https://www.youtube.com/playlist

06.01.2022 https://youtu.be/XY_N19Iseuc This skill is not something that’s relatable. The failure is. The success is. ... There are so many relatable qualities required to meet a goal. Everyone can fail a 1000 times and succeed on the 1001. But are you willing? Everyone can problem solve through their failures. But are you willing? Everyone can invest more time into their goal and say no to other distractions. Are you willing? Everyone can succeed at their goal. Are you willing to wait years? What a special person to show this type of resilience. A great example of what humans can do if they’re willing to endure rather then take the easy way out and give up.
05.01.2022 Currently in a weight loss challenge we like to work on micro goals that make us feel good too. It helps to keep making good choices outside the gym. When you see progress, it keeps motivation up. David has traditionally struggled with work overhead due to tight areas from sport. This is a big win to get back to pressing this weight over his head in a complex of some lifting
02.01.2022 Realistic change over short months. A few kilos can be the difference to feeling healthy and happy! PT Spots available.
