20.01.2022 With the easing of COVID restrictions, junior training will almost be back to normal this afternoon. We're no longer required to take attendance and the 100/300 zones are no longer applicable. We do ask that players continue to bring their own, clearly labelled water bottles and that parents/children who attend maintain social distancing. And one non-COVID related reminder - please remember that players are required to wear a mouthguard Rug up, it's going to be a chilly one!

09.01.2022 TRAINING INFORMATION Deanmill Junior Football Club training is recommencing this Wednesday 24 June 2020 from 5pm to 6pm (thankfully the weather should be a little nicer on Wednesday than it is at the moment!). All grades, including Auskick, are invited to train. Given the new protocols that will be in place from this Saturday 27 June, the following information applies to THIS WEEK ONLY: - Player attendance will be taken by coaches at the beginning of training.... - Coaches will have supplies of sanitiser and wipes for use by players. - Players should bring their own clearly labelled water. - Any parents or non-participating children who stay to watch training will be required to sign in at the gate. It is requested that you stay in your vehicle. - We encourage parents where possible to drop off and pick up their children. If a parent does not stay for training then they will not be required to sign in at the gate. - If your child is unwell please stay at home. Today’s announcement from the WA State Government of the implementation of Phase 4 protocols this weekend will mean that these rules are likely to be relaxed next week. Watch this space for more info! The LSWJFA is meeting this Tuesday to make a decision on the season. We will ensure this information is passed on to you once we know more.

09.01.2022 The junior committee would like to say a very big THANK YOU to all of the people who helped out in the canteen last weekend. Each club has been assigned four 'home' games this year with the canteen proceeds being split between the four competing clubs at the end of the season, which means your volunteering is helping our club to raise much needed funds

02.01.2022 Due to unforeseen circumstances, we require a coach for the Year 4/5 team. At this stage, the commitment required is 1 hour from 5 to 6pm on Wednesdays for training as there has been an indication from the association that the Year 4/5 competition may not involve Saturday games. You do not need to have coaching experience, just a willingness to help the kids. This may even suit a senior player who would like to stay involved in football this year. If you are able to assist please either message via Facebook or contact Stephen on 0439 899 243.
