15.01.2022 Another robust result for Elders Inner West home Auctions this weekend, with the clear prospect emerging of a solid spring selling season ahead. Bidder registrations were up from previous weeks and buyer competition was fierce with all properties selling above vendors reserves. Over $3 million of real estate was sold on Joseph St Ashfield. There were 52 bids exchanged for No 6, the 3 bedroom home on 340 sqm of land selling for $1.604 million. The totally original home at No ...47, also attracted big interest with 13 registered buyers swapped 47 bids with a final sale price of $1.1440 million. Which was close to $100,000 above vendors reserve. With new Government incentives, the lowest interest rates in decades and low stock levels is contributing top stronger sales.... Buyers engaged in strong competitive bidding with all properties selling way above expectations. At Cary St Marrickville 2 homes went under the hammer. I made an open apology to all the neighbours for the increase in traffic during the past 4 weeks of the marketing campaign as 217 buyers had attended the opens.... With this kind of reaction we had a feeling it was going to be a big event the street was crowded with buyers with 87 Cary St Marrickville achieving 21 registered bidders and a sale of price of $1.535 million and 74 Cary St Marrickville selling for $1.343 million.
