24.01.2022 Thanks You Melbourne for the week of wonderful weather - and how good do the block work rendered walls in Kew look with 3 coats of Dulux paint!! Well done team... just need another Gr8 week of weather plus Dan to let us work and we will be pulling the scaffolding down and cleaning up at the end of next week!

23.01.2022 The Deardec crew were asked to add some colour to a lovely new build in Officer... and that we did!! The client is thrilled to bits with the final results!

22.01.2022 The crew is still chipping away at South Yarra- lots of prep.... well done guys, your efforts will soon be rewarded when we start to apply some paint, this grand old lady will soon pop!

21.01.2022 Well this grand old Edwardian in South Yarra would have to be one of the biggest prep jobs the Deardec team have done as all of the paint on the internal doors, frames and skirtings had to be removed through lack of adhesion - plus we did the front door to expose the wonderful Red Pine of the day and give it a stain finish. We also had loads of timber and plaster repairs, new lights and fans plus we also added some new tiles to the Entry, Kitchen, Laundry and Toilet floors, n...ew Flywire doors front and back plus painting every surface inside and out and what a result!! Many thanks to the team who chipped away day after day and we were all very grateful to have an empty house, which meant we could work through a lot of the stage 4 lockdown. To say the client is thrilled to bits is an understatement and pats on the back all around for an amazing transformation! See more

17.01.2022 Well the Deardec crew are back doing what we are known for- the restoration of a lovely old Edwardian in South Yarra... lots of stripping & sanding plus extra lighting, tiling of the Kitchen & Entry, not to mention all of the plaster repairs! This grand old lady will be better than new once we have finished.. watch this space!

06.01.2022 The Dearden team hope everyone is feeling better with some spring sunshine helping us all and we feel very fortunate to be able to work through some of the stage 4 lockdown with an empty house in Bentleigh- it’s coming up a treat!! Will keep you posted on the progress.

03.01.2022 Time to start to tackle some exterior work like the rendered block walls at this lovely apartment complex in Kew.. our job is to seal and protect as well as up lift the original raw walls... now Melbourne where is that sun??

01.01.2022 All finished at Bentleigh- now it’s time for the floor sander and some new carpet, it will be like moving into a brand new house for the client who is very pleased with the results... love the colour scheme! Great job as always team.!
