23.01.2022 Just to touch on mask wearing when we reopen, they will of course be required. To keep them in place, and to stop your humid breath coming out of the top & causing problems when applying the extensions we will be using a small piece of hypoallergenic tape to the top of your masks. We will have disposable masks on hand for you if you do not want tape on your own masks. Plus we got them in black so they’re slightly more aesthetically pleasing for our before and after pictures

21.01.2022 Dear Lashes is still open and will remain open for as long as we safely can. We have set up single treatment rooms, with only 1 staff member working at a time to reduce the amount of people in the salon at one time. We have also set up additional hand wash stations, and will kindly ask all clients to wash hands upon arrival, and are asking you dont bring anyone else to your appointments. As well as several other additional precautions to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy. Small businesses like ours require your support now more than ever. 12.01.2022 Dear Lashes Temporarily Closed Due to Covid-19 Thank you all so much for your support with our salon over the years. It is with heavy hearts that today we have decided to close Dear Lashes during this pandemic. The health and safety of our clients and staff is the most important thing to us, and while we have put in place additional safety measures, we are unable to adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rules while servicing our clients.... For this reason, we have to put the health and safety of Australia first. If you can, please continue to support our salon by ordering your Poni lash and brow products through us. The biggest difference aside from the price increase that you will notice is that our lash refills have changed. We are now offering time specific appointments of 50 and 75 minutes. This is the best way to ensure that we can suit your individual needs. An additional 10 minutes buffer is added to these appointments so that the full 50 or 75 minutes can be spent on your lashes. The additional time is for consult, covid forms, check out & setting up etc, For most of our regular clients the 50 minute refill will equate to your standard refill. For glamour sets, we would recommended the 75 minute refill appointments. Prices overall have not been increased since July 2017 and we had planned to increase them earlier this year to fall in-line with supplier increases, higher overheads and business growth. Due to the financial hardships and uncertainty many were facing, we chose to absorb these costs prior to our first 2 mandatory closures. However due to the additional changes required in the salon to be above & beyond covid compliant, we can no longer absorb these costs. We still believe we have affordable prices for the quality of service and products we provide to our clients.
