22.01.2022 Such a gorgeous little Queen Anne bedside. Work has commenced!

18.01.2022 Normally I wouldn’t paint the interior of this antique student desk- but the damage inside was significant. So her it is semi restored for my little princess.

02.01.2022 Sometimes the restorations I do hold sentimental value, and today’s definitely falls into that category. You see, in the Great Depression my grandparents were forced to live with relatives after their home was repossessed by the bank. It was something my dad never really got over. He was a young boy at the time and went to school with no shoes, and was picked on by other kids because his family were so poor. So my grandparents bought this dresser second hand, and it served them and their meagre possessions well. Today I have started to give the dresser a facelift, because god knows she’s been though so much.
