Apple cider vinegar is an old traditional remedy that has been around for a long time and has made a big come-back in more recent times. ... How does Apple Cider Vinegar benefit your health? 1. Great for boosting your digestive function. Apple cider vinegar helps to break down and digest your foods, so you can better absorb your nutrients from your food. That’s why we eat, so we can get the nutrients to help nourish our cells to regain and maintain health, and also to get the energy from our food 2. Some people claim that it helps to lose weight. This is probably due to digesting and breaking down the foods better 3. It also known to help with arthritis and joint pain. 4. For some people it is their first go-to if they get a sore throat or first signs of a cold coming on How do I know if my digestive system needs support? Symptoms such as burping or feeling tired after you eat. Feeling full or bloated for a long time after your eat. Sluggish lower digestion eg constipation. How much apple cider vinegar should I be taking? I see too many people taking too much apple cider vinegar. Just because it is good for you doesn’t mean to say that more is better. 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in half a cup of warm water, before meals is the best dose for most people. If you take it once per day great, twice per day, even better and of course 3 times per day before each meal is even better still. What brand should I buy? Braggs has always been the most commonly known brand for health benefits, as it has the mother in it. 12.01.2022 Vegetable Frittata Ingredients 4 eggs 2 cups of baby spinach a cup of zucchini a cup of thinly sliced sweet potato A pinch of salt and pepper Sliced olives or fresh basil for garnish Olive oil... Method Pre-heat oven to 180C. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Grease a pie dish with olive oil. Place mixture into the pie dish. Garnish with sliced olives or fresh basil. Cover the dish with foil. Place in oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes (remove foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time). Ensure frittata is cooked, but not browned. Serve with salad greens or steamed veggies. Tip: Place any leftovers in the fridge and have for lunch the next

02.01.2022 Chia Pudding Ingredients cup of chia seeds cup of unsweetened almond milk A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional) 1 piece of fresh seasonal fruit... Method Stir together cup chia seeds with cup almond milk and leave covered in the fridge overnight. Sprinkle over the cinnamon if using before serving. Add 1 piece of fresh seasonal fruit to serve.
