25.01.2022 Tonight we had pasta for "healthier choices" week. Yep, you read it right, Pasta. I feel like life has been hurling some lemons at me of late and I just needed a hug of pasta. I'm absolutely ok, but tonight I just craved that little hug. It was SO delicious and I'm honestly over the guilt already because we have a pretty balanced diet. Just know that I have your back if you are feeling like you are struggling. 11.01.2022 One of the best things I love about the Thermomix is the ability to make staples that you can pay a heap for at the supermarket. Yoghurt, bread, cakes, biscuits, jams, stocks the list goes on. My absolute favourite though is Condensed milk. Who would have thought you could skip paying $3.95 for a can of sweetness and actually make it yourself! 01.01.2022 So my party planning is coming along! Raspberry coconut slice, Chocolate brownies and Edna's lemon curd cake tonight. The slices into air tight containers and the cake into the freezer. Lemon slice to come tomorrow to compliment these. Look at me getting my bake on. 2.soups made last night and are also in the freezer.... It's all coming together
