This week all of those was conducted. Buyers inspected the property for the first time in person after their purchase. We sold to them during stage 4 lockdown. Final inspections was conducted on properties being settled soon Settlement for some properties has occurred Plus I finally got to see my Vendor’s doggo again. She misses me like crazy. 21.01.2022 There you have it. The year of 2020. This year than ever before I am more passionate about real estate. Covid-19 taught us to laugh a little louder, smile more and enjoy our life. Real estate (housing) plays an important role in people’s life and all those real estate agents out there contributed a lot to make a difference in people’s life. ... This year I was very lucky to have list and sell different types of properties ranging from acreage to apartments to units to normal houses. I was lucky to have seen so many cool houses up in the hills to regional Victoria. This year was a year filled with new challenges for everyone. Working from home, not being able to go out and eat and socialise with friends. However we have all learnt a new way to adapt. It is call the new normal. This is and will be the last video for 2020. It was a year to remember. Let’s see what 2021 has in store for us and whatever challenges it may bring, we can conquer it like 2020. Merry Christmas my friends and have an awesome New Year.
