24.01.2022 So many inspirational people come to our classes

23.01.2022 What a gorgeous workshop today - it was only small but I’m sure everyone enjoyed themselves as they managed as always to take home some fabulous pieces to hang in their garden. Not bad for beginners right?? I know they’ll go on to bigger and better things.

22.01.2022 A Family photo before the kids started going their own way. Cherry Rose, Summer Breeze and Johnny Cruize have gone to Talented Friends Gallery but the three apprentice hairdressers are still awaiting placement. $220 each if you’d like to adopt. Msg Deb 0412066725 for more details.

21.01.2022 Avocado’s straight from the farm picked yesterday so creamy and delicious. $6 x 2 kg bag if anyone wants some. Pick up at my place

19.01.2022 Blooming Beatrice is straight from the flower farm and looking for a home. Hand made from Red Raku clay painted with underglazes and clear gloss glaze for a brilliant shine that will never fade. (Twice fired) Perfect for inside or out in the garden. Beatrice is selling for $225 for whoever would love to take her home.

18.01.2022 Register now for our next Beginners Workshop on Saturday 12 September. Msg Deb 0412066725 for more information.

17.01.2022 We had a very productive morning in the studio this morning. Well done girls

17.01.2022 Some new projects were started yesterday and we welcomed Kay into the group.

16.01.2022 2 new sample pieces finished for our Beginners Workshop on Saturday. I can’t wait to see everyone’s different interpretations.

16.01.2022 I just love our hand made tiles - they really put a stamp of individuality on your piece. This little daisy pot is all black and white and I’m thinking white grout (now won’t that be a nice change)!!!

15.01.2022 Yesterday was spent grouting my Koi pot. It took about an hour to do each side but it’s finally finished and I’m super happy with it. Now I have to find a plant to do it justice.

14.01.2022 Kate has put her octopus up on the bathroom wall and started a sea snake, Barb finished her gorgeous house number and is on to a bee hive roof, Jo is embarking on covering her studio wall with flowers on mesh (as long as she lives until she’s 100!!!) and Debra has almost finished her amazing big urn so I’m holding off with the photos until it’s done (hopefully Thursday).

14.01.2022 I’m thinking of running a workshop on making these little succulent totems for Christmas. They look so gorgeous planted out and adorning the garden. I’m still experimenting but any expressions of interest??

14.01.2022 I just love it when people come to do a Beginners Workshop and say they haven’t got a creative bone in their body and take home pieces of art like these. Well done all of you - it was such a fun day.

12.01.2022 I’ve been making up some new moulds for our next clay tile workshop. The birds were supposed to be blue birds but I have an idea for a black and white daisy pot which I thought currawongs might suit. And of course a strelitzia pot Next step - cover the tiles with a clear glaze and into the kiln.

12.01.2022 Girls you’re in for a treat today. I found my Grans old recipe for California Sponge and have made it for morning tea. It’s got to be one of my favourites - just delicious. Thank you Gran (so gorgeous having the recipe written in her hand writing).

09.01.2022 Thursday mornings progress...

09.01.2022 So many clever little possums ...

07.01.2022 Kate’s octopus is finished and ready to attach to the bathroom wall along with all her other sea creatures. What a work of art it will be when finished.

07.01.2022 Look what happens when you start the morning off with some delicious treats - all sorts of treasures evolve. Andrea started today and managed to complete one side of her pot

07.01.2022 Mosaic Workshop for Beginners Saturday 12 September Make this gorgeous garden panel completely finished ready to take home and hang at the end of your first lesson. Due to cancellation we have 2 places left. Msg Deb for more information if interested. 0412066725.

07.01.2022 What a busy morning we had today half of the ladies were outside grouting and the other half were inside mosaicing away to their hearts content. I didn’t get a photo of Barbs gorgeous big red pot finished as she had to race off and then it was my turn to rush off - leaving Robyn to her amazing giraffe pot and the clean up. Thank you so much Robyn We all look forward to seeing photos of the finished pots.

07.01.2022 today’s inspiration sourced from #mosaicmentoring

04.01.2022 Pam is bunkered down in Melbourne but she’s not letting Covid get to her. She is busy Mosaicing 30 besser blocks which will line her driveway and be planted out with daffodil bulbs. What a spectacular show that will make. But if that wasn’t enough she is also working on an underwater theme to bring up to her place in Mooloolaba when they can finally cross the borders. Go Pam !!!

01.01.2022 Tomorrow’s Workshop morning tea is out of the oven and looking good. Carrot & Zucchini Cake with cream cheese icing (I hope it makes it until tomorrow) delicious.

01.01.2022 What a great class today so many gorgeous projects taking shape. Rosemary grouted her native bee hive roof while the others worked away inside.
