18.01.2022 Exciting news for Fighting Fit Fans! Due to numerous requests from family and friends living far away, I have decided to release a couple of LIVE weekly fitness classes delivered via zoom! Now, wherever you are in the world you can train with Deb from the comfort of of your own home ... Tuesday’s @5.15pm - Active Meditation LOW INTENSITY! This class is designed to increase core strength and flexibility, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels! Calm your mind and let your stress melt away during this relaxing 45 minute class Thursday’s 5.30pm - Cardio Blast HIGH INTENSITY! Get your heart rate pumping while having fun moving to music! Inspired by Aerobics Oz Style (minus the flouro) you can expect to burn over 500 calories with this short but intense 30 minute workout! Both sessions are free of charge and everyone is welcome! Over the past year Ashley has worked hard to lose weight and build muscle tone & now she’s training hard for a comp later this year! She said that I inspired her and now she’s inspiring me I can’t even do 1 pull-up unassisted We have completely different fitness goals and that’s okay! For every new student who enrols, we will donate $5 to inclusive kids! The girls will be here until 19th December so make sure to drop by and say hello, bring the kids along for a bit of fun and help us to raise money for local kids in need!
