25.01.2022 Why do we work off percentages not just regular 1RM lifts? Every deadlift above 70% of your one rep max is going to increase strength. The benefit of reps using lower weight is your technique is better and you are able to further perfect your technique. ... In 2019 he got 5th in Queensland and this time his goal was to get top 3 and to win a WOW. He came second in the state and won his WOW! So, let’s make this our goal to get more beach confident and prove it at the end of the challenge with a professional photoshoot. How’s that for motivation?!... This 8 week shred STARTS 11th OCTOBER and is split into 2 groups One is for those girls who want to see some definition around their shoulders, midsection (maybe even abs) and lift their butts a little higher.. This is an intermediate to advanced program. The second option focuses on achieving the mindset necessary to be able to achieve weight loss and fit this around family and work and after 8 weeks of motivation you have an easily maintainable healthier lifestyle What you get: * Before, half way and ending progress photo’s and measurements * Your ‘how to lose’ body fat manual including a handy food database so you can manage flexibility * Training program to suit your ability and maximise fat loss and muscle gain * AND THE TWIST: A professional beach photo shoot to show off your banging new body and your edited photo’s to keep (date of shoot is locked in for 6th December) * THE PRIZE - each division winner gets a luxury girls pamper day out with me (to qualify, must do one 45min PT per week minimum spend $65pw) Cost: $200 (PT is not included) This can be done with no PT or on-line but you won't be eligible for the prize day out.
