24.01.2022 Visited the Vasco Da Gama in Fremantle today. Wonderful tour of the ship and a superb lunch. Great to see so many guests going on the ship and heading to Asia. Fremantle terminal also looking good and a very comfortable space to wait to board your cruise.

We are all doing our best and working hard to mitigate loss and disappointment and this in light of not getting paid for 12 months.No one at Travel Counsellors is trying to deceive customers when it comes to supplier policies. The hotel in Hanoi was exactly how we asked for. They gave us an upgrade too. Lovely breakfast. Well looked after. We would recommend it to anyone going to Hanoi. The company you used for Halong Bay was wonderful. Great bus. Very comfortable going out to Halong. The boat was fantastic as was the bay. We would reco...mmend that company as well as the two night tour. Such a beautiful place. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport from the Hoian Hotel. It saved a great deal of stress. Again the hotel and room was perfect. They were doing restorations on the restaurant so we were escorted each morning to the hotel next door for breakfast. Lots of choices for food. It was good. The lady you spoke to with organising the trip was lovely. She spoke to us quite a bit. The staff at the hotel presented Ian with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to him. Ian was also presented with a bunch of flowers from one of the ladies we had cloths made from. We had a wonderful time on our holiday and it was made even better with all your work. Thank you again for everything
