25.01.2022 We've unfortunately had to postpone our shows this year due to the latest Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions. We're excited to announce our new show dates! Common SA let's beat this virus and let not just our students but many students from all over SA finish out their dance year and show off in their end of year performances! It's going to be magical when they can get out there, what a year to be celebrating our 40th year in business!

23.01.2022 This time on a Tuesday were use to having a packed waiting room and studios full of our gorgeous U6s and u15 rec students. Instead were all most likely home stuck on the couch :( How about we turn these kids frowns upside down by doing some stretching and conditioning at home!!! We want everyone to post your photos here in the comments of your "dance space" of where youll be practicing over the break OR a pic of you working on your flexibility or strength! Lets show eve...ryone that we will not let this get us down and stop doing what we love! Dance classes might be cancelled BUT our love for dance is not!!! We have so much we can still do at home. Were all going to come back stronger, more flexible and MORE DETERMINED!!! We have got this DKDS dancers! Cant wait to see your pics! Much Love DKDS

23.01.2022 A special shout out to one of our littlest members, Ebony, on performing her very first solo "Broadway baby" today and receiving 2nd place. Not an ounce of nerves, she loved it Isn't she just too cute!!

He is a member of the AMEB and also offers exams to students from preliminary to grade 8, or lessons just for fun too! He doesnt just teach tuition, he also does drum repairs and refurbishments! 18.01.2022 UPDATE After last nights update, due to government guidelines outline by the PM, its with a very heavy heart that as of today, Monday 23rd of March, DKDS will close its studios until its safe to reopen. The health of our families and staff is paramount and we must adapt to the present situation of COVID 19. We are extremely saddened to not be able to provide our classes for all our students but the health and safety of our students, parents and staff are our main priority... and we will continue to follow the guidelines to ensure the best for our dance family. We will be intouch with all our families and students to move forward with at home digital learning. Nothings going to stop us from dancing!! We will keep you posted! 18.01.2022 And that's a wrap! Comps are done for 2020. Students and parents pack away the bobby pins, hair spray and make-up (only for a little while though) Bring on 2021! We're now ready a rare to go full throttle! Well done to our Seniors tonight. You danced your butts off and put in so much to still get on that stage this year. We're so proud of you all!

02.01.2022 Update: Yes we will still be opening as of Monday 1st of June!!!. Thanks to the ever changing and conflicting restrictions, we are working very hard to yet again modify our schedules and do our very best to get our students back in the studio in the most safe and productive way possible. Please bare with us while we continue to get this done. We will let everyone know the finer details asap via email or text message. 01.01.2022 We are devastated with the news of the temporary restriction's put in place for the next two weeks. We will again have to close our doors for the second time this year and the timing couldn't be worse. We know you would all have alot of questions especially since we are booked to have our rehearsals and shows all within the next 12 days.! Please be patient while we get through the fine details.
