09.01.2022 Great news from the federal government today - the Building & Renovations Grant has been extended by three months! It will drop from $25,000 to $15,000 on 1 January, but I know I’ll have some very happy clients! If you’re considering renovating or extending, don’t wait to make a start - it can take several months to prepare contracts, so your window is very limited!

07.01.2022 Even traditional homes can add space sympathetically with a modular second storey. It’s hard to see where the original home ends and the new space starts - exactly as it should be!
