School of Dance Summer Intensive offers four days of full-time training, in either classical ballet OR contemporary dance. By holistic,... we mean that it develops you physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. We believe that all types of dancing are beneficial, so I dont exclude styles other than ballroom dancing! Now, imagine the impact that it could have if all seven billion of us danced! We all would be more socially and emotionally intelligent. We would be better in tune with our bodies in addition to being more creative and innovative.

A long day with lots of beautiful hair done, ribbons tied, hair flowers pinned, numbers pinned on and lots to f warming up candidates, playing of music . Lots of delicious food. Big thank you to Miss Karina, Miss Kayla, Miss Sandra, Miss Tahl. Delicious food from Karen Sharland, Karina Zawilski and so many supportive parents. Thank you to everyone. Day 2 tomorrow- ouch my feet are already sore and tired!
