18.01.2022 Ive spent the last 4 weeks treating these olives to a salt bath and now I only have to be patient for a week or 2 or longer for them to take on the flavours of garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon and chilli. I cant wait to try them. Thank-you Karen Harvey for you gorgeous olives.
