20.01.2022 Just love reviews from my clients OMG, Deb's massages are the best. Not only are they relaxing and endorphin releasing but therapeutic as well. My shoulders and neck were so much better after the massage. She is such a lovely soul, I have no hesitation recommending her.

12.01.2022 When making masks, you are trying to create a 'tortuous path' for the viral microns. A tightly woven cotton is ideal, a polycotton too, as its a little hydropho...bic, a third layer that is NOT woven but 'spunbound' - kind of like felted - is super effective for this job. Do not get those masks with plastic vents in the side - they will NOT filter out the virus. Do not use tshirt fabric (that's knitted fabric) the weave is too loose. The virus is 0.125 microns or 125 nanometers. You cant see it. I read hours and hours of studies on this (since late FEB) and am a member of a worldwide PPE group for product developers, so we ve been over this time and time again with some people really nerding out and getting access to machines and testing factors such a micron permeability and breathability. A combination of these three fabrics gives a very effective tortuous path. I settled on this combination after hashing it out with dozens of product designers across the world. Honestly, it was/is really exciting to be that involved in a benevolent collective. This infograph is not the only way but is super cool information. 10.01.2022 Every now and then while talking to friends or workmates, I would hear them say. I've got a headache or some pain hear or there. I'll just take some panadol, nurafen etc. Often I would say back please try a bit of massage before jumping to take meds which often can just mask the pain. Every time I do a bit of massage work on the area of their body causing trouble. They sit up and so whoa what did you do. It seems to be easing up or has gone. There's no magic involved. It's... just knowing where to touch to relieve the stress. Please before you jump to take the quick fix. Try a bit of massage. The combination of healing touch, pressure, warmth and connection can really make all the difference. See more
