25.01.2022 Today deck builders melbourne, Elite Lifestyle Builders and Steve from Leisure Decking have continued building the elevated deck, working 4.5 metres off the ground can be very involved but we are moving through this job rapidly, laying the deck begins tomorrow with two subfloors ready to be decked out. Not bad for 4 days work.

23.01.2022 Today Deck builders melbourne, Elite Lifestyle Builders have continued rebuilding this severly rotted deck and subfloor, as you can see the damage to the old Oregon subfloor is extensive. Treated Pine is the industry standard in regards to strucural timber as it lasts longer and is termite proof making it far superior. If you have an old Oregon veranda or deck its important to note its integrity as it may be time to replace the timber.

22.01.2022 Theres nothing the guys at Elite Lifestyle Builders cant do! The past week we have been working with our close friends at ConcreteFx Polished Concrete Melbourne to help them with this huge factory floor refurbishment. Prior to painting, over 2000 dyna bolts were ground out of the floor and filled and all of the joins in the concrete have been repaired and re cut making them neat and symmetrical. 17.01.2022 Our latest build has been rather effortless compared to recent jobs. Deck builders Melbourne, Elite Lifestyle Builders are adding a polycarbonate Skillion pergola to a deck we did for a client a year or so ago. Starting with attaching rafter extenders under the roof tiles we have raised the hight of the pergola to allow for a great deal of overhead space, which helps keep an open feel. The base of the deck will be covered with blue board and rendered to match the exterior of the house, its a simple project but will look fantastic once Elite Lifestyle Builders are finished with it.
