Our void covers are an OHS requirement with most new home builds across Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Northern NSW and go over a pool being constructed during a house build. 08.01.2022 Not sure how much a low to the ground Merbau deck should cost you? As a guide plan for between $180 - $220 per square metre and you should get a fair indication. Hardwood decks do cost a little more than pine decks but with our harsh Gold Coast weather conditions they last far longer and are a worthwhile investment. 07.01.2022 While our deck builds remain constant we are thinning out the amount of stains and rejuvenation projects we offer now as our pool void protection covers for Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane have taken off big time. If you are building a new home or renovating an old home and your pool is onsite whilst construction is undertaken builders OH&S requires the void be covered for worker safety. Deck Solutions offers the cheapest hire pricing with a 6 month block standard. We can also build in the sides if there is not enough space for temporary fencing. We also supply Form 15s if required. We can get to site with less than 3 days notice so we dont hold up the build process. Contact us for a quote.

If your deck is looking under the weather and could do with a freshen up give us a call for an obligation free quote. All timber decks should be cleaned or sanded back and restained every 12-18 months. This helps prevent rot, wear and tear as well as making them look like new again.
