25.01.2022 For anyone interested in a quick nutrient rich inexpensive way to grow your veggies, herbs and cuttings I save my eggshells and repurpose them into mini starter... pots for my herbs and veggies. They absolutely love the calcium and nitrogen boost as their roots grow and the egg shells break down. I plant the entire thing into larger pots or the ground after about 2 weeks after sowing the seed or cutting and they thrive. These ones are cuttings at the back and fresh seed at the front but have not yet germinated. Also great for those of you that like to sell or do plant swaps and don't want to lose your pots :) See more

18.01.2022 From a psychologist: After having thirty-one sessions this week with patients where the singular focus was COVID-19 and how to cope, I decided to consolidate my advice and make a list that I hope is helpful to all. I can't control a lot of what is going on right now, but I can contribute this. Edit: I am surprised and heartened that this has been shared so widely! People have asked me to credential myself, so to that end, I am a doctoral level Psychologist in NYS with a P...Continue reading

12.01.2022 Sometimes we don't even begin to understand our potential, until you deal with the clutter! Mind, body soul. Have a beautiful day.

10.01.2022 Dear All from Margaret Lambert What trying times we are living in. Who would have thought that we would be spending 2020 in such uncertainty and living a new reality, and mostly within the confines of our homes? We are dealing with an information onslaught and having to navigate our new reality, and obviously that raises our stress and anxiety levels.... 1. I have decided to offer a free tapping (EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) session via zoom to assist us all to manage stress and anxiety related to covid19. The link is below. Please feel free to join and we can tap through some of the stressful issues we are dealing with at present. I will lead with some aspects of the cornavirus impact, but if you have a particular aspect that you would like covered, please email me and I will ensure that we cover it. 2. For anyone who is not able to, or not comfortable in having a counselling/psych session in person, an online session can be arranged via zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. These are trying times, and emotional self-care is critical, both for ourselves and our loved ones. Please feel free to get in touch. 3. Online sessions can also be arranged for your organisation or group, so please contact me with your special requirements. Margaret Lambert is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. 05.01.2022 Righto beautiful peeps, join me in going through your fridge and see what sauces and opened jars of food you have there. Over the next two weeks try to plan your meals around these opened and aging fast items. Buy fresh foods to add. Write it down or sort them into days of the week. You can Google meals with the ingredients you have to use up. Enjoy!

04.01.2022 It's time to go through your jewellery, keep only your favourite and sell, gift of donate the rest. Jewellery can be kept as they were given to you as gifts. It's time to let them go if they don't bring you joy! Invest in a good jewellery tree or similar to keep everything tangle free.
