Laura Ford Nutrition's pro tip is prepping a variety of options (including her Beef Bulgogi) and storing them in airtight, leak-proof Match-up Clips! That way you can pick and choose on the day to keep those taste buds happy! Try something new and check out her recipe below For the marinade: 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sugar... nashi pear, pureed 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp gochujang paste (or chilli if you dont have this) 400g your protein choice (I used beef strips) 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 red onion, cut into wedges 1 carrot, cut into diagonal slices 2 spring onions, sliced To serve: Cooked brown basmati rice (about 1 cup per container) Kimchi Steamed broccoli Soft boiled eggs (optional but good for an extra protein hit) Method: 1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl and add in your beef (or whatever protein you like). Allow everything to marinate for at least an hour before cooking. 2. Heat olive oil on a pan on medium heat, add the onion and carrot and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the beef strips, reserving the marinade and cook for ~6-7 minutes until the meat has browned (this may vary depending on how your meat is cut). Add the marinade, bring to the boil and cook for a further 3 minutes. 3. This recipe makes enough meat for 4 Decor Match-up Clips containers. For each container, add 1 cup of rice + 1 cup of steamed broccoli + beef bulgogi mixture + 1 tbsp kimchi. Top with spring onion and boiled egg (if using).
