25.01.2022 At a customers house to pick up dinning chairs when I notice this lounge I covered in 1996, the chair in 2001 and ottoman in 2010. All standing the test of time. The lounge was covered 21 years ago and is used every night.

13.01.2022 Capt Tim commanded 5 Australian submarines based out of neutral bay over his long naval career serving for this country. I did a little onsite repair for him. I... can't charge someone who served to secure my freedom in this great country. So I thanked him for his service and got a bone breaking hand shake. See more

11.01.2022 Some small chairs I recovered again. I last covered them in 1994. 23 years ago when I was 16. They needed minimal padding adjustments. The chairs gave me a great sense of satisfaction recovering them. I remember polishing the arm for extra money on my parents back verandah after work.

07.01.2022 A follower of this page wants help selling these drop in chairs. It's a set of 6 (2 are carvers). These will be easy to cover yourself if you are after a DIY project. Is after $150 for the 6 and pick up is in sydney area. Lizz Martin

06.01.2022 Some of last weeks work going out the door. Nice to have some vintage furniture again. I really like the miners rest made in 1860 during the gold rush era.

06.01.2022 Very delicate 280 year old chairs. The staple gun would shatter the brittle timber and delicate inlay work when I fire the staple gun into the frame. Lots of very fine diamond buttons that were quite tricky with my fat fingers. The customer was over the moon when I delivered them.
