17.01.2022 Hey All - Just testing the waters for 2018 but Fantastic what would u say to a 10 week course if Pilates, yoga, and relaxation meditation in 1 1/2 hour classes $200 for the 10 - and a possible Sunday evening general yoga class In a personal note : thanks to u all for supporting me through a tumultuous 2017 - I’m returned to health, my energy is returning swiftly and I’m looking forward to a new chapter in life -Yoga, laughter, health and well-being, music and great people are still my passions so can’t wait to see you in 2018 xx D
