Hollering out to those who are confident in themselves and who have a natural ability to engage with customers respectfully but light heartedly. Importantly, you should be someone who can take direction well, wants to evolve in their role, and who can contribute positively to our already high-spirited café culture! In return, we promise a fun environment, and paid lunches should you require a break. We pay award rates un...der the current Restaurant Award and our working hours are between 5:45am and 3pm. Both roles require a shift on either day of the weekend. We are a busy little spot and absolutely pump on the weekends, so fast hands and feet are a must! Essentials for Junior role (10-15hours): No lengthy experience required. Can provide a reference who can be contacted by phone. Eager to learn the ins and outs of a busy, café environment. Essentials for All Rounder (Around 15 hours to start): Excellent customer engagement skills. Can confidently cover 60 diners. Can carry 3 plates/drinks . Happy to do some crossover work in additional roles. Some technical barista skills. Has proven experience in customer facing roles (references required).
