18.01.2022 There is a deep love for the saison style at Deeds Brewing, and when we get the chance to slip one into the schedule, there is no hesitation. This time around we are taking a Calculated Risk by layering a yeast driven flavour with a nice outlay of some old world and new world hops. Spicy and earthy notes from the Saaz and a more citrus and fruit driven aroma from Saaz's New Zealand offspring - Motueka, we are looking for something both flavourful and very unique.

Our friends at @hopproductsaustralia offered us the chance to brew with a hop we fell in love last year when we collaborated with a brewery from across the way. Brewed only with Eclipse and Dry Hopped at 9.5 g/L, this NEIPA layered with Wheat, Chit, and Rolled Oats explodes with mandarin and stone fruit across the palate. We can't wait to add this to our library of hops as we continually explore combinations and the resulting flavours!

09.01.2022 We have two new beers coming your way next week! First up we see the return of our FORTUNE AND GLORY with a new updated can design. This beer is our nod to one of the great cinematic heroes of our time. Brimming with Citra and Amarillo, this epic adventure is everything we want in a hazy IPA. Massive oat and wheat additions combined with a 24 g/L dry hop results in a thick, silky haze. There are big juicy notes of guava, passionfruit and stone fruit, followed by orange and g...rapefruit and a touch of spice. But this isn’t a pure fruit bomb. 60 IBUS came out of our kettle and whirlpool reminding you that this is a big, dank DIPA with serious floral and citrus aroma. Why do we do these things?
