We can confirm ...our imitators do not have our CAD files. Their hulls are wildly different from anything we have produced. They trade solely on surface level imitation. 07.01.2022 The recreational scallop season will open at 3pm on this Friday, 5 June and close at midnight on 30 November 2020. The season was due to commence prior to Easte...r, however it was closed following a Covid-19 health directive to limit travel to coastal communities. Restrictions on where recreational boaters can launch from will also be lifted from this Friday at 3pm. This late season start provides an opportunity for scallop divers to access scallops when they are approaching peak condition. Peak scallop meat recovery and roe condition is around July to September in Tasmanian waters.
