20.01.2022 Just checking in. How are you? 2020 has been the weirdest year I have ever encountered. Well ....except that year that weird guy asked me out and kinda stalked me. Other than that...........

After years of mental health issues and receiving support from an excellent psychologist and psychiatrist I was immensely frustrated that I was not making any permanent progress in improving my mental health. 15.01.2022 I spent some of the day weeding, after having a lovely session with a 13 year old girl from Sydney. Pulling weeds made me see the similarities to those weeds and the things we say to ourselves that don't serve us. Suddenly your garden has been taken over but when you pull them out of the grounds the roots are quite small. And even the thistley ones might hurt if you grab them. But gently reach under the surface to pull and they don't hurt at all zzzzz

02.01.2022 I got a really beautiful testimonial from a parent today. To know that we can affect peoples lives in such a profound way is very humbling. "My 14 yr old son has seen both a psychologist and a psychiatrist privately for a number of sessions at a considerable cost over the past few years. We finally tried Rapid Transformational Therapy with Dee. My son was skeptical but agreed to give it a go. He had a very negative image of himself before trying RTT but after a session wi...th Dee something in him changed. He was brighter and more positive, it was a side to him we hadn’t seen for a number of years and it was so good to see it back again. He listened to his recording after his session and they changed the way he thought of himself. For him to finally understand that he was loved, he was important and that he deserved to be happy was fantastic. He is a typical teenage boy doing all the irritating things that teenage boys do, but he is happy and playful, he gives hugs, and shows love and allows us to love him.
