10.01.2022 SALMON BOWL WITH GREENS + QUINOA CRUMB Looking for a delicious weekend brunch recipe? This simple and delicious recipe is one of our favourites and packed with nutrition to get you going for the weekend. 100g fresh or smoked salmon... 100g kale or baby spinach 3-5 stalks of asparagus (steamed) 1 x egg 1/2 cup Deeks breadcrumbs 1/4 cup quinoa 50g hummus 50g almond milk 50g herbs (we used oregano) Herbed crumb: in a blitzer, mix your herbs, 50g hummus and 50mL almond milk. Mix in dry ingredients: 1/2 cup Deeks Breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup quinoa. Line the base of your bowl with a spoon of your herbed crumb and stack greens on top. Top with salmon, egg, the remainder of the herbed crumb and more herbs to serve!
