22.01.2022 >>> FRIDAY RECIPE <<< Garlic Butter Salmon GARLIC BUTTER... 1. Mince 4 garlic cloves. 2. Melt 6 tablespoons butter; whisk in brown sugar, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Set aside. And then... 1. Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli (or asparagus if you are not a broccoli fan) on a lightly greased sheet pan. 2. Prepare the butter sauce. 3. Rub the minced garlic over the salmon fillets and pour the butter mixture over the salmon and broccoli. 4. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and season with salt and pepper. 5. In terms of how long to bake salmon: You should bake salmon in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

16.01.2022 >>> FRIDAY RECIPE <<< 20-minute seafood pasta Ingredients... 1 tbsp olive oil 1 chopped onion 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 tsp paprika 400g can of chopped tomatoes 1l chicken stock (from a cube is fine) 300g spaghetti 240g fresh seafood mix (ex. prawns and calamari) a handful of parsley, chopped and lemon wedges to serve Method Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then cook the onion and garlic over medium heat for 5 mins until soft. Add the paprika, tomatoes, and stock, then bring to the boil. Turn down the heat to a simmer, stir in the pasta and cook for 7 mins, stirring occasionally to stop the pasta from sticking. Stir in the seafood, cook for 3 mins (for prawns) more until it’s done and the pasta is cooked, then season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Tip: Add a little white wine along with the tomatoes ;)
