19.01.2022 How’s everyone going? As you may already know, Dee Palma Photography Is currently closed I’m not sure for how long and sadly I’m terribly missing all my newborn cuddles ... I know you may be feeling disappointed and that’s ok, we all are feeling it in many different ways, but for now hopefully I can help some mummy’s along the way with some simple newborn photos So a show of hands or comments with Interest and I will create some simple step by step instructions of how you can capture this precious time in your lives with the simple things you have laying around the house whilst you are staying at home, I’ll be using my handsome little model with no name Maybe you can name him for me for a bit of fun and I’ll officially give him a chosen name I know we don’t all own a camera, if you do wonderful but we can make do with a phone and anything you photograph now will be a memory for you in many years to come

17.01.2022 Haylo ~ 11 days old Such a perfect little doll I have know Haylo's mummy nearly her whole life, she was my sisters best friend growing up ... living in the same street as kids, she was a royal pain in the arse on a daily basis (literally daily) if not hourly, she would be knocking on the door to see if Monika could come out to play but to see her all grown into a young woman and now have her own little girl makes me feel so honored that I get to be a part of this special time in her life So proud of you Brylie Noonan Congratulations to You and Dennis xx

16.01.2022 Hello Beautiful people, Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone is going at this crazy time? I know we are in uncertain times with this global pandemic from the coronavirus, which is causing great concern and stress to all ... Do we just continue going about our daily lives the same? Do we take our children out of school? Do we start isolating? all these questions running through our minds and we are second guessing our decisions daily, I know I am I totally get it, were all in this together I myself am staying home,my children haven't seen school since Friday last week, there are no outings, no sports, no gyms, basically we are entertaining ourselves at home and practicing social distancing, but also learning at home and doing all the fun stuff like math, reading,writing,Italian,science,art, you name it. the high school teachers have been an amazing help, communicating with me via email to keep me in the loop with where my son is up to and what tasks he has to complete, so right now we are just taking each day as it comes I have to applaud those that home school though,because where do you guys send them for detention???? jokes But why am I doing this you ask? because I feel in my position, I have that duty of care to do what I can to minimize any risk and simply taking all necessary precautions that I possibly can, including the online e-course that I just completed, I am in that position where I already work from home, my kids are that little bit older so I can somehow get through it, There are doctors, nurses,medical professionals,single parents and many others that just can't and that's OK but If I can do my bit to keep mine home, in my mind it reduces class sizes for those teachers that have to be there also, spare a thought for them because without them our children would not learn and grow I know we will get through this JUST PLEASE, work together, help each other, stop panic buying please, practice social distancing, stay home on the weekend and just enjoy being with your family To my dear clients or anyone for that matter If you need a chat, call me, message me, email me please ask for help even if you just need a dam kilo of sugar or some milk please I will try my best to help I know how hard it is when you have a little newborn and toddlers, going out to the shops is already hard enough let alone now when the shelves are empty and you cant find the necessities, all it does is cause you stress For the mum's local to me, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook areas please feel free to join this group, a community banding together to help each other, if its nappies you cant find or you have no pasta,bread,milk or formula we will help each other to find it sorry that was a really long post, bless if you made it this far Stay safe, wash your hands and Be kind people, kindness does't cost a thing xxx https://www.facebook.com/groups/212406059965738/

13.01.2022 Today I had a little 3 month old warrior in the studio absolutely gorgeous boy He was diagnosed with CHD (Coronary heart disease) before birth, he spent the first 23 days of his life in the Royal Children's Hospital ... During this time he underwent 4 surgeries 2 were life saving open heart surgeries and 2 minor surgeries His mummy asked me if I could somehow capture his scar on his sternum to document this time in his life So I kept it simple but meaningful, it's all about the hearts they say every photo tells a story and this is the story of Baby Romeo what a fitting name just for him Romeo, I know you have already stolen so many hearts from all the loved ones around you, and I know you will steal many more and If you look close enough tell me what you can see? Did you see it? If little Romeo isn't a little miracle from above, then I don't know what is mum and dad please feel free to tag yourselves xx
